We stayed in the Langford Room which was amazing, lovely a clean, nice little things like the cookies and a welcome personalised note. Miles was excellent, spent time chatting with us and telling us about the area and where to go. The staircase to the suite needs replacing also was surprised to see the entrance mat had a large stain on it. We arrived fairly late on a very wet evening, straight from the airport and were welcomed very cheerfully and professionaly.
