Beautiful and aesthetic boutique hotel. Beach views and beautiful terrace to sit and work in the afternoons with a coffee or drink. Stones throw to the beach. Loved the pantry with snacks available to guests. Would absolutely stay again!

Very cute tiny hotel! Safe and quiet neighbourhood, close walk to shops, restaurants, and key areas, really close to beach. Staff were fun to talk to and very helpful. The room was smaller than I was expecting, but it was very clean and comfortable and quiet. Little things like a dyson fan, tea cups, and fancy toilet paper boosted the experience.

Its right next to the Brighton station so a about 15 to 20 min walk to the seafront. Still a great location, incredibly helpful staff and clean and well stocked room. I loved my stay here over the 3 nights and 4 days.

Great place if you’re looking for a comfortable bed, a good night’s sleep, and a convenient stay. The shower and bathroom were cleverly hidden behind the a mirror, which was a fun surprise! It’s in a great location, just a short walk from the beach and the pier, and not far from North Laine.
No elevator or a/c but room provided a fan.
