« Townhouse was great! Layout was perfect for 3 couples. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well -equipped and the patio set on the deck overlooking the water was large enough for our group to sit comfortably.The immediate area is very nice but we were about 40 minutes away from our points of interest.Nearby Clinch River Brewing was a nice find. Would definitely recommend. »

« Had a great time, had everything we needed, very quiet. Had to rent a boat slip separate from this rental at deerfield marina, easy enough. One bath made it a little rough at times for 4 adults but managed. Communication was not the best. We didn’t see the number of the unit upon getting there so I text and they didn’t respond until the next day. Luckily we ended up finding the unit number. (our husbands were looking for it in our defense…it wasn’t THAT hard to see). »

« Check In was very smooth and easy. Elizabeth's communication with us was excellent and very timely. The location was great and our view of the lake was spectacular. We enjoyed our Saturday dinner out on the deck and coffee in the morning. We even saw many deer grazing in the early morning and early evening. It was a very nice stay. The condo is very well done. »
