I have teen/tween children and they did enjoy the waterpark but the pool was the favourite. The buffet breakfast was an excellent spread with a huge amount of choices. The apartments are big & spacious, have a lift to upper levels, showers are big and hot water with great pressure. Kitchenette is great with a small stovetop in one room, fridge (one large, one small), dishwasher, and even a coffee machine and pods and milk, etc provided, There’s a washer and dryer in a separate small room. And rooms were thick walled, did not hear neighbouring patrons. I rate this lower though because of a few things - readers may like to know that a dual key room has a one king, one queen. I called reception for another bed but it was badly broken and could not be slept on. They said they did not have another being unaware that I had 3 teens - the hotel expects that 3 people will sleep in a king, 2 in the queen!! They then proceeded to blame me for not booking direct with the hotel, as they get no communication from 3rd party booking. Well that’s on them to fix that problem, it’s on them to find a working roll away bed, not me.
