### Unit in the best location of Bribie, walking distance to everything!!

The unit is located in the Placid Waters Complex in the Bongaree Jetty Precinct which is one of (if not the) best area in Bribie.  
The unit has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. (BDR # 1 with a Queen Bed and BDR#2 with 2 Queen Beds)  
Kitchen has all the items you need to enjoy your holiday. Stove, Oven, Microwave, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Kettle, Coffee Machine (Pods), dishes, cuttlery and glassware is provided.  
Living room has a massive and comfortable lounge where you can enjoy watchin movies in the large screen Smart TV and enjoy your own streaming services or enjoy our Foxtel service (included). Lounge can be used as a separate sleeping area if required.  
Balcony overlooks the pool and has a nice sofa and a table to enjoy your drinks of choice.  
The laundry has a washing machine and a dryer.  
The pool area includes sun lounges and tables and a bbq area.  
You will also find some board games to play with the whole family!

Great spot for our stay at Bribie Island. Clean, Spacious, and lots of lovely little touches that made our stay wonderful. We would all return for another long weekend. Great cafe down the road and a fabulous book exchange next door!

#### Great Apartment, Great Location

We had an awesome five day stay on Bribie. The apartment has a very fresh look & feel to it. Very nice. Has everything. The couch is super comfy!! The little complex is in such a great location, central to everything. We would definitely stay again We loved it.
