« We had several challenges, but the host was EXTREMELY responsive and worked to get things fixed. First, the key was missing from the lock box and the first gate was unlocked and open. My wife found a separate lock box that contained a key. Turns out the new cleaning company had an error in how they left the property. Next, the washer/dryer combo unit was broken. I had been traveling for a week of work and badly needed to do laundry. The host had laundry picked up and washed offsite and...

« Upscale boutique hotel. But I can't figure out what I'm paying for. Service? There is none. Parking? On your own. Luxury? A mix of modern appointments and cheap ass particle board in unfinished concrete floors. No room service or housekeeping. No staff.
Check in code didn't work. Great location on bardstown Rd w shops and dining options and bars. I'm a vendor for pride festival, and it's the only hotel on site. »
