"Very frustrating experience. The laminate floor in the room was sticky and turned my socks black from walking on it. Unfortunately, my handicapped father was sick the first night and soiled a sheet, and 2 towels. The staff would not take the dirty linens and told me I would be charged for the fitted sheet and 2 towels ($100). I had to call to have the trash removed, and towels replaced on the second day, as no one came to clean the room. When I returned to the room on the 3rd day, the room had not been cleaned again, so I checked out a day early. It is hard to take care of someone in a wheelchair with dirty towels and trash piling up. The first day, the cleaning people gave me 3 rags so I could clean up. I used them to mop the floor. The water was black coming out of the rags, and I had to go over the floor twice to get it cleaner, but at least I was not sticking to the floor anymore. I do not believe they mop the floors at all. Very disgusting! The only person who was at all helpful during the stay was the front desk clerk. He brought me a clean, fitted sheet and towels the second day after the room was not cleaned, and took the soiled linens. He also helped me with the doors so I could get my handicapped father in an out of the doors. I was charged for the night I did not stay. Very disappointed as Best Western used to be a decent hotel chain."

"The front desk agent was so lovely and helpful, she was very kind and accommodating. We were a late check in because our other hotel was overbooked and couldn't accommodate me and my handicapped elderly parents for the night. We were just passing through traveling for the night but turned out that it was prom night for Fresno and the whole town was loud and rowdy for a Friday! We were put in a nice quiet corner and were able to get some rest for the road. I'm so grateful we were redirected here, the breakfast was just what we needed with fresh bananas and waffles. The room was very outdated and the linen was stiff but the the lady at the front desk staff was so awesomely nice. It was just perfect for us passing thru; we got to get a little rest and ready to go back on the road."

"Walking up to the check in office was just like out of a movie showing a trap house in the projects. There were people smoking and more just hanging out in the halls and stairway. The building looked like it would fall apart if the wind blew too hard. The property was dirty and overgrown with weeds. The parking lot had broken concrete and asphalt, along with potholes that were unavoidable. Thank God they were overbooked and turned us away. The night front desk person was not helpful and seemed liked he was in over his head with trying to manage the rowdy motel."

"The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. But this hotel has see better days. If you are looking for a clean place to crash, this is good. Just don't trip over the wrinkled, stained, carpet. "
