"This hotel was very elegant and classy. Old school with a great friendly staff. They were very helpful in every aspect of the 2 night stay. The bed was amazing and the room beautifully appointed. This hotel is a step back in time with the very colorful history. I highly recommend this hotel. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. I will defiantly stay again on my next trip to Seattlle. We were able to walk to the pier and market place as well as all the shops. So fun. "

"The General Manager, Bill, was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms were well appointed and very quiet. The breakfast buffet was good. The staff in the Breakfast buffet were not friendly. Sadly, they were curt and never checked back with us if we needed more water or coffee. It is sad since the General Manager was so accommodating. "
