LOCATION – Winterpoint Townhomes are ideally situated close to the slopes and downtown Breckenridge. You are only two blocks away from the Snowflake Lift, the Breckenridge Free Ride Shuttle on Four O'Clock Road and the Blue River Plaza. It is just a three block walk to charming Main Street where you can enjoy shopping, dining and nightlife.

AMENITIES – Enjoy this nicely decorated multi-level townhouse with a private heated garage complete with ski racks and benches for easy and convenient storage in the winter. The garage leads to steps up to the living area, which features a wood burning fireplace, sleeper sofa, a flat screen TV and a private patio with views of the mountains. Go up another flight of stairs to the dining area with seating for six, a breakfast bar with three stools and a well-equipped kitchen with all modern appliances and a full-size washer and dryer for your laundry needs. After a big day of skiing, soak in the on-site outdoor hot tubs or take a short walk to the Upper Village Common area outdoor heated pool and hot tubs (Seasonal, off-site). The Upper Village pool will be closed seasonally for maintenance in the Spring & Fall - Check with our sales team for exact closure dates.

Comfortable and convenient

Clean, comfortable townhouse in a good central location. The layout was nice for a family as it gives space for everyone to have their own space when needed. Nothing fancy but more than comfortable with good beds and adequately supplied kitchen. Would come back.

Family vacation

We had a great and comfortable stay. Half of the family went out for daily ski activities and the other half stayed to enjoy the holiday ambiance, play games, cook and watch movies. The property is very conveniently located, close to the town and to the snowflake lift and the shuttle. The house is very well equipped, clean and has very comfortable beds with extra pillows and blankets. Even has humidifiers if you need them to sleep at night.the communication with landlord is excellent and they have provided very detailed and easy instructions about every feature of the house. I absolutely recommend!

We had such a great time in Breckinridge and your condo was perfect for our stay. Very nice size and very comfortable with a perfect location. Just a couple minutes walk to Main Street. Excellent Ski Vacation

Excellent ski vacation location. Property has a great location near ski lift, bus stops and Breckenridge downtown. Property is as comfortable as the description. Enjoyed the well equipped kitchen for breakfast and dinner. Dishwasher stocked with soap to clean up after each meal. Comfortable living room to relax after skiing. Heated garage space was a welcome bonus to store ski gear and keep living space dry. Pool and spa are available, but group did not get into that space. Return from skiing on 4-Oclock run is across the street. Head to the slope either by short walk to Snowflake lift or ski down to Free Ride bus to gondola station. Definite repeat on this property for another trip to Breckenridge. Staff has excellent communication and interaction with any questions.

Breck Thanksgiving Break Ski Trip

Property was just like in the pictures. We know the location well, and selected this property for the space, its proximity to downtown, grocery store, and snowflake lift. Access to the hot tub is great and convenient. Well appointed townhome, close to all the things you want in a family ski trip.

Gréât location, tad dusty

I booked this property because my wife and I expected three other family members to Jon us at different times. Previously we had used our timeshare ownership status to book with the Grand Timber Lodge, just up 4’oclock Road from this property. Both my wife and I had allergic reactions to the rustiness of this listing. Despite my cycling almost every day for three weeks, I could.alleviate the impact of the dust on my eyes. My wife’s eyes only cleared up when she returned home. In addition I was struck that the master bedroom toilet was so low, more suited for an elementary age child than a mature 6’ 2 » adult. All of the appliances worked great and kitchen was well stocked on kitchen utensils. I don’t think we’ll stay here again. Back to Grand Timber in the future.

Location is a nice compromise between reasonable walk to the Snowflake Lift to ski/ride in the morning and a reasonable walk to Main Street in the evening. Wholly accurate listing and good use of space to provide separate beds for a family with adult/near adult children....we all had a great time!

Fine place to stay, pros and cons

We love the LOCATION of Winter Point, and also the access to a pool and hot tub. The neighborhood is relatively quiet and feels safe. The condo is easy to access, mostly clean, and well-furnished, especially in the living room. The kitchen has plenty of dishes. I'm glad they provide a humidifier for each bedroom. The showers and faucets have good water pressure. The property manager checked on us a couple times (via text) and made everything really convenient through texting, which was great! Things I wish were different: The beds are all VERY hard, almost like sleeping on plywood. It's really hard to sleep well, if you are used to a softer mattress. Also, there have been zero updates since (I'd guess) the early 90's. The bathroom tile and fixtures are quite aged. The bedspreads are old and torn, and it just makes things feel a little dirty, especially when paired with the random hair of strangers on the blankets. Also the pillows are not comfortable, they are the kind that inflate around one's head, while one's skull plummets to the mattress. Luckily, we brought our own. In addition, the curtains are all thin, thus letting in all the morning light, making it difficult to sleep in. We used the washer and dryer once, and found that the dryer hose is not situated to blow outside, but IN - to a little box of water, making the condo extremely hot and humid. This was mildly alarming. Is this even to code? Is it safe? I've never seen anything like it, and found it overwhelming. We will just do laundry when we get home. So. We weren't well-rested, but we WERE grateful for a place to stay, a great living room for playing games, and a fantastic location. Overall, we really enjoyed our trip, and will definitely stay at a Winter point condo again.

Perfect Location

Easy walk to lift and ski home at the end of the day. Very short walk to Main Street shopping and restaurants. The condo was very well stocked for all our cooking needs. Lots of board games and smart TVs. Real wood fire is a plus. Hot tub is a bit of a walk but it was great. The heat wasn’t working upstairs but after a few texts with property mgmt, they had a tech over and he fixed it quickly. Place needs remodeled but that won’t matter unless you’re trying to put everything on Instagram. Great spot and would definitely stay again.

Great location, older home

The condo was clean and comfortable. There have been zero updates, so it is not fancy. The king bed was extremely firm, with down pillows. Plenty of room, and the living room furniture is comfortable. We loved sitting on the patio + balcony. We were a little surprised to find no spices or anything in the kitchen, probably an effect of the pandemic. We love this location, and it had everything we needed, just a little surprised at how old everything seemed. But it all works, and we had a great time!

Perfect Location

Very roomy interior. Huge couch in the living area was awesome. The TV's could use updating, as they are pretty small, but all were in great working order. Access to the snowflake lift and to town were excellent. If you are from the south, bring your own tea pitcher, as there isn't one that we could find. Property has full size washer and dyer, which was very nice with a family of five. Would definitely recommend this property.
