Great setting

Off the main roads, quiet, comfortable, and nice views. Easy walk to town or trails. Ski in, ski out convenience takes out the hassle.

It is definitely a place that is wroth price . If looking for a higher end amenities may not be for you . But has everything that’s advertised.

Clean and spacious

The condo is spacious and clean and has everything you need. Location is nice. There were several things listed but didn’t work (bedroom tv and fireplace didn’t work). A DVD was listed, but did not exist. The furniture was fine, but cushions were a bit worn on the sofa and dining room chairs. Not a big deal, but the TV in the living room is 32”.

Great ski-in, ski-out! but read if you do not have a car

Great place to stay! Only caveat is that we did not rent a car (shuttled from Denver airport) and it's a bit of a hike to downtown Breck. TO town is downhill so not bad, but coming back is uphill, fyi. I suppose I could have figured that out on my own beforehand, but I didn't. :-(

5 stars across the board! Three of us stayed for a couple days of skiing and the place was more than perfect. Much larger than the photos in the listing show, not a bad "problem"! Had everything plus that we needed for cooking meals. Water pressure was excellent & it was very clean. It gave us all a very "at home" feel. We will be returning for sure!!

Fantastic Ski weekend

We drove up to the mountains for a weekend ski trip with some friends. the location was fantastic! it really is a ski in and ski out. the only issue was the parking pass for the garage. There was not a pass in the unit. I called the management company and they were very responsive. I did have to drive to the management office to get the pass but it all worked out.

Breck January 2023

This property was very clean and roomy. Unfortunately, neither code given for the front door nor the pool/hot tub area worked, which was a bit of a hassle. Doing any kind of remote work from this unit would not be possible as the wifi was very spotty. Location is great…slopes are rght out the door and town is just a couple minutes down the road!! In a nutshell, this was a reasonably priced condo; we had a wonderful time with our family.

Good spot, easy to find and get into with the instructions provided. Space was a little dated and smelled lightly of gym socks. Some aspects, like the bathroom and bedroom, were not as clean as they could have been with some leftover brown hair presumably from the last tenant and the comforter didn't seem fully cleaned. Wasn't the biggest issue since we weren't in the room the whole day, but it can be for others.

Tyra A2D is truly a ski in ski out resort with 4 o’clock run right off the balcony. The first day was a little tricky getting down to snowflake lift and over to our ski lesson because we were all first time skiers but after that it was the perfect location. Just a note of information the buses do not run by the condo so a car is a must to getting around town and back due to the .7 mile hike up hill. The condo had all the essentials but could use updates as the furniture and appliances are very dated. The condo was very clean and the hot tub was nice to have access to after a long day of skiing.

Clean but spare

This is the second time we've rented this property, and for the second year the clubhouse (pool/hot tub) entry code provided was wrong. The TV's stopped working, and there's apparently no cable or satellite TV service for access to regular channels. Dead batteries in the remote controls. The gas fireplace didn't work. The kitchen is minimally furnished -- no standard frying pan or spatula, for example. This is a great location but not the best unit available.

Covered parking, roomy shared hottubs. Great location for skiing and mostly updated features. Very accomodating entry for skiing . TV was a 32’ and sleeper sofa was pretty uncomfortable or i would rate a 5

Nice place, great location!

This condo was the perfect ski-in, ski-out location in Breckenridge. We enjoyed skiing right out the door onto the slopes and having the convenience of skiing back for lunch each day. The place was spacious and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. Unfortunately, the management company left us small boxes of tide under the sink for the dishwasher instead of dish washing soap. After asking for 3 days, we never got dishwashing soap even though we were told someone would. Finally, they told us to drive to town to the management office to pick it up ourselves. Needless to say, we hand washed dishes the entire stay, which was not what we planned or paid for on this vacation. It was not easy to do dishes by hand because there was no stopper in the kitchen sink. We were also given the wrong code for the clubhouse. This was one of the main reasons that we chose this condo, so we could relax in the hot tub each night after skiing. Again, after calling, and texting for 3 days, they were never able to provide the correct code to us and we were never able to gain entry into the clubhouse. The place is great, but the management company was so poor that it ruined our vacation.

Early Jan 2023 ski trip

Our party of four had a great time at this perfect location for a ski in ski out vacation. Great views overlooking Four o’clock trail and the ski mountain. Everything we needed was available in the condo and any questions or needs that we had were quickly taken care of by the management company (Vacasa). Thanks for the great ski vacation!

Amazing place

The property was exactly as pictured. Very conveniently located for a ski in ski out. The condo is large and very cozy. We define enjoyed it a lot and would recommend it!

Great location, poor management/owner response

Great location. We planned on using the pull out couch for 2 kids, however all the springs poke you. Not an option for sleeping. Half the power went out in our unit one night. It took about 4 hours to get a response. Owners & property owners not very responsive. Unit clean, a little dated, location makes up for it. Enjoyed the hot tubs- outdoor & indoor. They are shared, but was fine. The Breckenridge shops & restaurants were really great! Recommend going to ski lift before slope opens around 8:30 am to get in line or around 11 am, when people heading back for lunch. Spring break time was the reason for long lines. Overall we did have a fun trip!

Awesome location and space

Put on your skis, head down to Snowflake Lift and all of Breck is available to ski. Don’t have your lift ticket yet? Then pick it up at this lift. Need a break or done for the day? Head down 4 O’clock Run, stop at the condo and don’t worry about parking or crowds. The kitchen and living room is a great space. It doesn’t get much better than this.

Clubhouse code provided was incorrect — we had to get it from others after multiple text and email messages. Unit clean but dated and not in great repair— see above. I wouldn’t rent this one again.

Great location with everything you need

If you want a great location with all the basics that you need for a ski trip, this is the place to stay for your ski trip. Four O'Clock run is literally out the back door, ski right to the condo for lunch or at the end of the day via Four O'clock run. When you are ready to hit the lifts, you ski down Four O'clock run for 1 minute, take your ski's off and walk across Four O'Clock road and hop on the Snowflake lift and away you go! Doesn't get much better than that. The condo was surprisingly spacious, the pictures don't do it justice, very open living room, kitchen and eating area, lots of room. Our group of 6 with all of our ski gear was very comfortable. Shared pool and hot tub (indoor and outdoor) is in the building a short 1 minute walk away. You will need to drive to town, its maybe a mile to main street, walking back up Four O'Clock road would not be much fun :-). I would stay here again for sure.
