However, there are lots of cosmetic issues like chipped paint, holes in doors, ripped chair cushions, etc., and some other issues like clogged sinks, broken recliners, and an uneven cooking surface that made the stay only average. All the information we needed was provided prior to us arriving in Breckinridge. The unit was in need of some TLC. There was a broken tile on the floor that could have caused injury to my toddlers and we had to park our stroller over it to try to avoid getting hurt. The carpet was in desperate need of cleaning but the bathrooms were clean. There was no grill in the complex even though the listing said there was a common grill. Location was great!
