LOCATION – The name says it all, One Ski Hill Place. This incredible slopeside all-season resort allows you to experience everything Breckenridge has to offer year round. Set at the base of Peak 8, these luxurious condominiums are steps from the Gondola to get you to the slopes or right into town (The gondola is closed May - Mid June). One Ski Hill Place is the perfect location, right at the base of Peak 8.

RESORT AMENITIES - At One Ski Hill Place you can lounge in the lobby which features a large, three-sided fireplace or relax in the grand piano living room while looking out onto the ski slopes. The outdoor plaza seats up to 300 guests with a heated deck and fireplace. The aquatics center features an adult pool, a kids’ pool with a gradual sloping entry, an outdoor hot tub with a fire pit, a sauna and a steam room. After a day on the slopes, roll a few games at the two-lane bowling alley or visit the Rejuvenation Center for a soothing massage. Additional comforts include a fitness center, two movie lounges, a game room, heated underground parking (with free valet service), and the best on-mountain après-ski spot in Breckenridge – the T-Bar.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.

Great location
This was a great last-minute grab for an anniversary trip when our original plans fell through. Location and ski valet were the best. Condo is cozy, feels newer and is very comfortable. King bed and pillows were high quality which helped after full days on the slopes. Convinced our college age son to come for a couple days to ski with us and he loved the second bedroom and bathroom. This would have been perfect for our family of 5 when kids were younger. Loved the property and enjoyed steam room/sauna/hot tub. Room is close to the elevator, but very quiet.

The condo was very nice But had a little trouble regulating the heat. Also the bathroom shower in the bedroom hot water was not sufficient. It didn’t get hot. Otherwise the condo was as advertised

Beautiful but not as described
While the property was Beautiful and very comfortable the amenities are definitely not as described. ALL of the amenities were closed, restaurant,bar,spa,alpine slide,gondola that would take you to town, all outdoor activities and I’m not talking about skiing since it’s obvious that ski season is over. Everything described in the property amenities / activities were closed. This is the main reason we booked this property because it was exactly what we wanted. We could eat,drink and have so many activities & amenities right there. I expressed our disappointment with the description to the management we rented from and for this 10 day trip they offered a mere $450 refund and would not budge….I would just like to caution anyone who is thinking about renting from these people to verify that everything is open and operational before you rent from them as the description they post is not accurate.you will also have to stop in Frisco on the way in and pick up a key card and when you leave you must go back by there and drop it off. Rather inconvenient when checking out at 4am to have to go drop off keys rather than just leaving them in the condo…won’t be return customers
