The home is two levels with the kitchen, living room, and half bath on the main level, and three bedrooms and two additional bathrooms on the lower level. You enter the home through the front door or garage on the main level. The lower level walks out onto a patio with private hot tub overlooking the national forest. Curl up to one of two cozy fireplaces after a day on the slopes!

Shuttle – The Breckenridge shuttle route is located 0.2 miles (approximately 2 blocks) on Ski Hill Road next to the Nordic Center.

Guest have access to the entire home (with the exception of a few owner's closets), including hot tub, laundry, and heated garage.

The washer and dryer are located on the same floor as the bedrooms.

Uber and Lyft are a short ride to town.

This home does NOT have Air Conditioning. Most homes in Breckenridge (especially above 10,000ft) have heated floors and A/C is not possible. We regularly have temperature drops down into the 40s at night (even in the summer) at this high of altitude. There is also little to no humidity at this altitude. Provided you open the windows during the day, and close them at night this home will be comfortable all summer long.

Amazing rental

We absolutely loved this rental! It was spacious, clean, well stocked with things we needed. The location to the Nordic center and bus made getting around so easy. We never even needed to use our car. We stay in the area every year and this was our favorite rental. The master bathroom is beautiful and the hot tub was perfect from a long day boarding. Jason was great at communicating and made our check in and check out so easy. 100% recommend this property!

Wonderful home in a great location

The home (a duplex) is in a great location just a short walk to the municipal bus that takes you to the mountain and around town. The home was spacious and clean with terrific amenities. Our only quibble was that the heat (which is generated through the floors) could be tricky to regulate, as the home is well insulated and traps the heat. The master bedroom, which is on ground level overlooking the nordic ski trail, doesn't have a window, so to get fresh air we needed to use the sliding door. But besides that issue everything was great, and Jason was easy to reach and always helpful.

We stayed for a week and skied everyday. The house was great. Loved the boot dryers in the garage and the hooks for gear and the ski racks. The hot tub was perfect after a day on the slopes. The kitchen was very well equipped and many food storage containers for leftovers!!!!

My three sons (in there 20s) and I stayed here the first week of January. Beautiful weather, walked to shuttle to get to mountain, used free shuttle to Breckenridge Distillery. The duplex is decorated beautifully with great thought to what you need while vacationing. I'd highly recommend this property if you're headed to Breck.

Nice home at the Nordic Center

The space is as shown and is nice. The home is right by the Nordic center making it easy to get into town and to the mountain. The house is a bit of a hike from the base of the mountain but there’s a shuttle bus within a five minute walk. Property manager was very communicative and always available.

We couldn’t have asked for a better rental. We travelled with three couples and had more than enough room. The home was extremely clean, in a perfect location close to downtown and the ski resort, and the host was extremely helpful. 10/10 recommend. We will be back for sure.

Awesome Breck Property

My husband and have stayed in many VRBO properties, this Breck townhome is wonderful. Clean, well appointed, short walk to town (included an uphill to the property-which helped after a hearty dinner), and very responsive property manager. He responded to promptly to questions and requests. We felt well taken care of and will be returning to this place if Breck is in our vacation plans for the future. This place helped make our vacation comfortable, stress free and memorable!

We had an amazing stay! Everything was as advertised. The property was very clean and stocked with plenty of towels and toiletries. We were just a short 3 or 4 minute walk to the free shuttle to the slopes. The hot tub was perfect after a long day on at the ski resort. The boot and glove dryers in the garage were a nice touch.

Great spot on peak 8!

The house was very conveniently located near the Nordic center up ski hill road. Very easy access to the slopes but would also be a great spot in the summer due to its location on the cucumber Gultch trails. If Nordic skiing if your thing can’t get closer to the nordic center. House was fully stocked and Jason went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! Highly recommend!

Fantastic Trip to the Rockies

My family (wife, me, 20 year old daughter and 17 year old son) had a truly amazing vacation to the Breckenridge area and this property served as a perfect, luxurious base. Everything was in excellent condition, the location was close to Main Street but still far enough away (in a quiet neighborhood on the way up to Peak 8) that you have a sense of privacy. Jason from Alpine Outposts was very welcoming and took a genuine interest in making sure that our vacation went well. I tend to be pretty picky about vacation rentals and this property truly made the grade. We did not want to leave!
