You enter the home through the front door or garage on the main level. The lower level walks out onto a patio with private hot tub overlooking the national forest. Shuttle – The Breckenridge shuttle route is located 0.2 miles (approximately 2 blocks) on Ski Hill Road next to the Nordic Center.

The washer and dryer are located on the same floor as the bedrooms.

This home does NOT have Air Conditioning. Most homes in Breckenridge (especially above 10,000ft) have heated floors and A/C is not possible. We regularly have temperature drops down into the 40s at night (even in the summer) at this high of altitude. There is also little to no humidity at this altitude. Provided you open the windows during the day, and close them at night this home will be comfortable all summer long.
