*Location, Location, Location. Beautiful townhome in the heart of Historical Downtown Breckenridge. Centrally located 1/2 block from Main Street and a short walk to a Quicksilver chairlift. FREE PARKING for one vehicle. This 3 story townhome boasts lots of natural light and 2 private bedrooms with queen beds. The upstairs master bedroom also equipped with a single sleeper pull out chair. There is a desk for remote working in the master bedroom. Both bedrooms have en suite walk in showers. Master bedroom has a full bath, queen bed, pull out single sleeper chair, gas fireplace, great windows, and wood blinds. 2nd bedroom with queen bed and full bath. The main floor offers a kitchen and living area, half bath, beautiful wood floors, wood blinds, coat hangers and ski storage. The living space is cozy with a modern well equipped kitchen made of cherry cabinets, granite countertops and breakfast bar. It has a small walk out deck off the kitchen with a grill. After a long day of skiing or biking relax in our shared hot tub, exclusively for the use of the 4 Ridge Street Chalet townhomes. You have the best of Breckenridge skiing, dining, coffee shops, and shopping right out your front door. Breck Market & Liquor are conveniently located 1/2 block away. This townhome has one assigned parking spot. Additional cars can be kept in paid overnight in areas designated by the town. Or take a ski shuttle from Denver International Airport and you will not need a vehicle at all during your stay due to the premier location of this property! This unit currently sleeps 5 adults comfortably. Perfect for two couples or a large family.

Guests have easy walking access to the Quicksilver lift. The bus stop across the street will take you to the Gondola.

This home is equipped with quality bed linens and towels. The kitchen is stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and appliances.

PARKING: Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more than one car, paid overnight parking is provided by the Town of Breckenridge in two areas of town, 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town (also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot. WARNING: 4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck. COLORADO TRACTION LAW: Starting Sept. and running through May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado. Talk with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.Current rental

Breckenridge downtown townhome

You can’t beat the location, and the townhome is very nice. The only negative is it is a duplex and we could hear the neighbors flushing/using the bathrooms during the night.

Great location

We loved the location and cozy cottage. Kitchen well stocked and easy to cook in - the jacuzzi is on the neighbors porch, still accessible, not private like we’d thought. Great little spot for a small family ski trip.

Breckenridge friends trip

Can’t beat the location steps from Main Street and just a few minutes walk to the lifts. The house was very comfortable, quiet and well stocked with everything we needed.

This was perfect for us, worked well for two couples. Super close to ski resort and rental shop (walking distance) and a 1/2 block from Main St. We enjoyed our stay and being close to everything in Breckenridge. Jen was a great host and very helpful and responsive whenever we had questions.

Perfect location and beautiful property

The perfect place to stay in Breckenridge! The property was perfectly clean and had everything we needed- and it was adorable to boot! The location could not be beat. A very short walk to a great coffee shop, as well as tons of restaurants and shopping. Plus, it was just a block from the free trolley stop. Our host was also very communicative and helpful. We can’t wait to come back again!

Half block from main, multiple restaurants within 2 min walk, couldn’t be a better location. Jennifer the host had everything set up prior to arrival and was available for a few questions over the weekend. Perfect for 2 couples, or family of 3-5.

Townhome was as advertised. Location is excellent a few steps from Main Street in Breckenridge. Cozy unit but perfect for our family of 4. Jennifer was communicative and very helpful on request. We enjoyed the convenience of the townhome for exploring Breckenridge on a beautiful summer vacation!

A Short Winter Getaway

Being from the east coast my fiance, his childhood best friend and wife have been dying to goto Colorado to ski. This townhome was a dream! It exceeding our expectations and was so cute and cozy! It definitely fit the Breckenridge vibe we were looking for! We're so happy with our stay. If and when we go back to Breckenridge we will definitely be staying here again! Thank you for a great stay.

Perfect Weekend Getaway Spot

Absolutely loved this place for a three day weekend getaway. Just a few steps away from Main Street. Super easy walks to restaurants or the grocery. Home was in immaculate shape. Living/kitchen combo area made for a great place to cook, watch some sports, and visit. Great communication throughout our entire stay. Definitely bookmarking this place for the future!

Stayed two nights in the summer. Location was key for us as wanted to be able to walk downtown. Had a little issue with coded access lockbox upon check-in but ownership was responsive taking care of it. Place is not huge for house parties etc but that’s not what it is; rather a clean efficient house in a great location.

Perfect Spot For a Perfect Vacation

I cannot overstate how amazing the location of this property is. Located less than a block away from all the places on Main St., as well as a block a way from a wonderful grocery store. It is quiet enough to sleep with the windows open, and located in an area where it's easy to hit up the town or the trails. We parked the car and never used it again until it was time to leave. This place was also incredibly clean. I've never had a better experience with a VRBO, and the host is fantastic and easy to reach.

phenomenal place, spectacular location

A perfect place for a Breck vacation for 2 couples or individuals with an upstairs and downstairs bedroom with a common space in between. We had one couple and our 4-year-old upstairs (in a very comfortable queen with the little one on the pull-out), and we had MIL downstairs in a very comfortable, equivalent queen. Separate but equal! That, plus 5 min walk from the base of Peak 9 and 1 block from the grocery/wine store, make this the perfect rental.

Great overall stay!

This property was perfect for not needing a car the entire stay. Downtown is fully accessible within walking distance including great restaurants and shops. The chairlift is an easy 8-10 minute walk for adults, probably 10-15 if you have young ones, but it's not difficult at all. Even some of the sidewalks are heated to make the trek that much safer. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The hot tub was perfect for a post ride recovery. We had 14 inches of snow over the 5 days we were there and workers shoveled snow regularly for the walkways which was great. The host was very responsive - we had our check in details on time and any questions were answered quickly an d timely. I definitely recommend this for future stays.

Exceeded expectations

The place was perfect! Easy to walk everywhere. We checked our skis a few times at the ski check because we were too tired after skiing to bring them home. We couldn’t figure out an easy way to avoid Quicksilver lift in the morning. The lines at that lift were pretty long during Spring Break. We used the Market next door quite a bit. Hot Tub was amazing. It’s not private but we were the only ones in it so it seemed pretty private to us. The house is well equipped and the owner delightful and very responsive. We would definitely recommend and stay again!
