« We’ve been on the road across the U.S. for the past 14 days, staying in all kinds of motels and inns, and unfortunately, the Crestview Inn in Branson may be the most disappointing place we stayed at. To start, the employee at check-in was cold and unwelcoming - no smile, no warmth. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, assuming maybe we caught him at a bad time. « The tv in one of the bedrooms did not work and the contact person would not come and fix it, the toilet in the same bedroom ran for a long time after flushing, the screened porch area was full of cobwebs, the kitchen area did not have a cookie sheet or spatula (basic kitchen utensils), the front door handle was was loose on the inside and rubber at the bottom of the door was missing, possibly allowing mice to get in? We love the gated area and location. »

« The house was wonderful. It was close to the town center, and the community was very safe and upscale. The property was exceptionally clean and fully equipped with everything needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The bathrooms were modern, and the beds were extremely comfortable.
