« Check-in was easy if you follow the information sent by the host. He is very responsive to communication and attentive to the check-in process. The apartment is spacious and clean. It is in a very good area with clear signage marked for roadways. It was perfect for visiting family the area as it is just off I95 and easy to get around from its location. « Eric was very kind to let us check in a little early when we arrived sooner than we had expected. Was very quick to respond and had some very good information for us on things to do, etc. Location is fantastic. Super close to the metro and some good dining close by. We always felt safe, even at night. WiFi was a little spotty, made streaming a movie a little difficult with the buffering. King size bed is a plus, but the space is a little tight for it. « Bright, modern penthouse in a great location. We really liked it. You get some city noise (e.g. ambulances) but that's to be expected given the location. Only 1.5 blocks to a Metro station so it's easy to get around if you want to save on Ubers. Cleanliness was "good" but not "perfect", hence the one star taken off. Definitely among the better properties even on cleanliness. Smooth check-in and check-out, and good responsiveness from the manager. I would stay there again. »

« Bed advertised as queen but is definitely a full by measurement, pillows were flat, and bedroom curtains blocked no light. This is the prime example of why people stay in their property before renting it out to others. The Wi-Fi also did not work for it entire stay. The property manager replied on day 1 that they were working on it, but we never heard anything further and it never worked. If these points get resolved, I would recommend this property.
