Cozy two bedrooms and two baths first floor easy access, centrally located, quite, clean corner unit. Recently Updates include new floors throughout, appliances and kitchen wood cabinetry. Washer and dryer also ready for use in the unit. Large parking lot located on site.
Very close proximity to IMG academy, Publix and Aldi grocery stores, Movie theatre, shopping and restaurants.
Unit has two bedrooms with king size bed and two twin extra long beds. Flatscreen TVs and high speed private WiFi are provided. Enjoy being close to Bradenton Beach, Anna Maria, Coquina Beach, Holmes beach sunsets. This property is located 6 miles from the vibrant yet quaint Coquina Beach-Bradenton Beach, where shopping, dinning and all manner of fun rental experiences await (bikes, surfboards and parasailing to name a few).
On site amenities include a large heated swimming pools, hot tub, pickle ball and tennis courts. Your home away from home awaits . . . once you've experienced Bradenton-Anna Maria in person you will keep coming back for years to come.

A very pleasant vacation

We had a lovely time in Bradenton. The town is ideally situated between orlando and sanibel island. We enjoyed coquina beach a lot ( as advised by the owner) . Thé apartment was spick and span. Thé tennis courts and the pools were clean and maintained. We recommend this accommodation.

We booked this condo due to its proximity to both Lecom Park and Anna Maria Island. The host communication, check in process & cleanliness of the space was fantastic. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone traveling with an elderly adult. The ground level patio and zero clearance shower with grab bars made the accommodation a safe and comfortable stay for our family.

Wonderful hosts

Excellent property and close to the IMG sports complex where the place was booked for for 3 day soccer trials. Owner very understanding allowing 18plus aged lads to stay without any issue whatsoever. A truly nice person. Florida is full of places that don't allow under 21's to stay meaning the age limit surpresses young talent. Not everyone is a drunk lunatic which Florida seems to think. I was so impressed with the owner of the property and my sons and their soccer colleagues are extremely grateful because without this understanding their soccer try-outs could not have happened. Thank you very much 5 stars on all counts All the lads loved the place and the complex.

Great location especially if you are going to IMG.

We enjoyed our stay. We stayed because of a baseball tournament at IMG academy. Location couldnt be better for that. Close enough for easy access to beaches. You can walk to grocery store, restaurants, etc. Amenities at the apartment complex are great. Not crowded....quiet. Not a luxury apartment complex but very comfortable, safe, quiet with easy access to everything. I would say again.

Great property and host but poor communication from VRBO

Rented this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo from a former stay. Property is perfect, host is great but I didn't get any confirmation from VRBO site prior to our stay with regard to key pickup and local service contact information. Very disappointing with VRBO site.

Good place to stay, with everything we needed.

We were in Bradenton visiting family who live a mile from the property, so it was super-convenient. Grocery stores and restaurants were within walking distance. Shorewalk seems to maintain the property’s exterior and grounds fairly well. The unit we stayed in was clean and the perfect size for three of us. The primary bedroom was nice. The second bedroom faced the front and was somewhat noisy; also, the outside lights were not well-filtered out by the vertical blinds. The other drawback was that there was a slight odor, particularly toward the front rooms (second bedroom and dining room). The kitchen was well-equipped. The washer and dryer were terrific. The two bathrooms were nice. The owner, Tenzin, communicated well and we had no problems. Best was that check-out was simple…there was little we were asked to do. The property was pretty much what we expected, and a pretty good value.

Shorewalk 2024

Nice stay in this condo at Shorewalk. The unit was simply decorated and clean. The essentials for cooking were provided. Does not have an enclosed patio or lanai. The location is close to grocery shopping and restaurants. Amenities - pools, pickle ball, and club house grills are a short walk from this unit. Overall a nice stay.

Nice quiet condo

We were really impressed with the condo. It was very clean and It was well stocked with everything we needed. We also loved the complex because it had a lot of trees for shade so we could enjoy walking every morning. It was also extremely quiet which was great. Tenzin was also very accommodating with allowing us to modify our reservation. Will definitely stay here again when visiting the area!

Fabulous Condo in Shorewalk

A wonderful condo on Shorewalk Vacation Villas. The property exceeded our expectations and the owner, Tenzin, provided many extras to make our stay very comfortable. The condo was very clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. Tenzin was also very attentive to our needs and always provided a quick response to any query that we had. A big thank you to Tenzin and we would definitely stay there again the next time we visit Bradenton.

SPECTACULAR!!!

We’ve stayed at lots of rentals. This host and property, far surpassed our expectations! I just can’t say enough, about how wonderful it was.
