« The only reason I am giving more than one star is that the woman host gave me money back after this incident. I arrived and noticed it was dirty so I informed the host. Multiple areas of the home were dirty including the hot tub which is not sanitary. Upon informing the host a man appeared at the rental drunk and started yelling at me a female who is much younger than him.He was rude and tried to tell me I was seeing things. I told him to touch the dirty areas and visible things such as hairs...

« I have never written a negative review in the dozens of vacation rentals we have stayed. But i could not let this go. Upon arrival the refrigerator was unplugged. contacted the host and she said a new 1 was supposed to be delivered earlier. i replied why was i not told as it takes hours for cool down for foods to be safe. I waited 2 1/2 hours for delivery. No ice maker or ice trays in new frig. the door code was broke, only 1 key. Front door very hard to open even delivery men had trouble. paint...

« Our stay was wonderful. It was steps away from the beach and there were restaurants within walking distance. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked and check-in and check out was very easy. The beach was not too crowded and the neighbors were friendly. We would definitely recommend this place and stay here again. »

« My wife and I booked a 3 day stay at Lisa's wonderful property. This space was perfect for us. Everything was clean, convenient and comfortable. The proximity to the beach was really nice and the location of the property contributed to a less crowded beach, which we like. The neighborhood was quiet, additionally, there were several restaurants near by (within walking distance). Lisa was very helpful and attentive. We will definitely stay again. »

« The “TikiHut” was a cute 1 bedroom with everything we needed, including a great screened-in-porch to relax. We hung out at the pool, used the outdoor grill and seating, were able to wash clothes as needed, and there were kayaks available too. It was easy to get around by the Breeze free trolley. The hosts were friendly, helpful and responsive. We loved our stay here! »

« Perfect place across the street from the Public Beach access and trolley pick up. Very Clean, Beautiful Beach decorated cozy cottage. Loved the code to the door no key to loose at the beach! Host was very kind asked if we needed anything! We loved the smell of the hand soap in the bathrooms and the kitchen was well equipped with new appliances a d coffee makers. Perfect Stay in Siesta Key. »
