The Dwell House is on a quiet street in Bozeman's Northeast Neighborhood. This cozy modernist home flows outdoors. Managed by Bozeman Cottage Vacation Rentals, it has a two-week maximum stay. No pets are allowed due to allergies; no service or emotional support animals either. The house features 2+ bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and 1,800 sq ft with a lovely backyard and fire pit. Amenities include 2 bedrooms plus a study (queen fold-out bed), 2.5 baths, a professional kitchen, dining for 6+, a second-floor balcony, and street parking. The open floor plan connects a galley kitchen, luminous living room, and dining area to a front patio. The covered back patio has a concrete fireplace. Just three blocks from downtown, it offers a yoga area and a 'tree house' porch. The primary bedroom, with queen bed and en suite bath, has a daybed; the guest room also features an en suite and porch with mountain views. The third room has a queen sofa sleeper. We were 15 minutes to Bridger Bowl for fantastic skiing and easily did a day trip into West Yellowstone. The location is also perfect for walking to the many nice restaurants and shops downtown. Location is ideal in the historic brewery district which was well located near bakeries, coffee shops and breweries as well as local trails for biking and running. Paul, the property manager is very attentive and renting bikes from him for our family worked great. The house itself is very unique and worked great for our family of 4\. Hammock and fire pit outside were nice amenities. Communication before arrival and check-in was seamless. The home is very modern and one of the most thoughtfully designed and decorated properties I've ever stayed in. Everything was conveniently located and clearly explained. It is also well stocked - pots, pans, extra washcloths, cups, plates, board games (loved Banannagrams!) etc... The location is ideal - it is a 14-minute walk or 4-minute drive to downtown Bozeman, where all the bars, shops, etc, are located. One small thing to be aware of is that the bedroom blinds still let in a good bit of light in the morning. We travel with eye masks, so it's not an issue, but if you are someone who likes to sleep in, keep that in mind. The backyard space is spacious and relaxing. The air conditioning unit upstairs, combined with the air circulation system, kept the entire home cool even on days with highs in the 80s. Jul 20, 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### 6/29-7/5 Family Stay We stayed with our two boys (2 and 4), along with my wifeโ€™s parents. The house was roomy enough for all of us to unpack and spread out, and was very well equipped for our weeklong stay. The house itself is very stylish, modern and functional. It is very nicely located in a neighborhood but only a few blocks off the Main Street. We walked to many tap rooms, restaurants and parks. With warm days it got a bit stuffy upstairs but we had nice cool nights with the windows open. The kitchen was great to cook in and had everything we needed. The backyard space was great for some fresh air. The owner lives above the garage next door and was very pleasant and helpful. Overall, we loved our experience at this house. One very minor feedback would be to consider adding some plastic/non-glass cups to the kitchen, as we had to be pretty vigilant with our young boys using the glasses. ##### Joseph B.
