  • Wonderful house with spacious fenced yard on 2.5 acres. 3 bedrooms on the main floor and a bedroom or family room in the basement. 2 bathrooms on the main floor. Small guest room w/ twin bed not included in bedroom count. Air conditioning radiant floor heat through most of the house with separate room thermostat control. Very nice new kitchen and appliances. Steam shower w/ 6 spray heads in the master shower. Amazing yard with large deck and outdoor eating. Apple trees with beautiful flowers in the spring and lots of apples in the fall. Home is 1/2 way between Bridger Bowl and Big Sky Resort. Less than 2 hrs to Yellowstone Park. 1/2 mile from Bozeman Hot Springs.

Great stay for a family ski weekend

Great stay for a family ski weekend. Home was clean and kid-friendly. Hot tub is nice touch after skiing! Check-in and check-out were easy. Great place and great host. Would stay here again.

A great place just outside Bozeman

This place was perfect for our family gathering in the Bozeman area. Close enough to ski multiple days at Big Sky, easy access to Bozeman, and plenty of space on the property. Our dogs loved the fenced yard and the kids loved the hot tub.

House was amazing. Such a fun family trip! Pictures don't do the home justice. It's a gorgeous property with picturesque view every direction you look. We stayed in the fall- so leaves were changing and we had perfect weather!

Great family gathering spot!

We spent a long weekend for MSU graduation and loved the house! It was perfect for a larger group with plenty of space to gather and to retreat! The kitchen was well-stocked and we had a small gathering on the back porch as a graduation celebration. The basketball hoop was a big plus for our group, and we loved sitting on the front porch looking at the mountains. It’s a great house!

Quiet urban getaway

Great stay at this vacation home! It has everythign you could want and more. I stayed for over a month and it was exactly what I wanted, close to town but not in town, mountain views, comfortable beds, great kitchen, and a quiet neighborhood. You can't go wrong booking this place.

Great Visit for MSU Family Weekend

We had a fantastic stay visiting my daughter for MSU Family Weekend. The house was quiet, clean, and cozy (especially on the cooler nights). The location was perfect—just a short drive to downtown and MSU, yet still gave us that 'big Montana' feel we were looking for. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the instant hot water tap was a great touch. Our dog loved the spacious yard, and the basketball hoop added some fun family moments. We'd definitely stay here again!

Bozeman Wedding week

We wanted an open, spacious and comfortable space for a gathering of family and friends in Bozeman for our son’s wedding. I want to thank our host for giving us all that and more. It was cozy and a wonderful place to welcome family and friends. The location was perfect and the fenced yard was perfect for our 2 boxers to run around.

Absolutely LOVE this house in Bozeman!

I, my husband, our two sons and their partners spent a delightful week at this house. It is indeed comfortable, rustic and unique. From the reclaimed wood trimming the windows, the wonderful furnishings throughout and the spacious and well-appointed kitchen, the inside is great! Add to that the huge deck, gas grill and large hot tub outside and this place is like a little slice of mountain paradise! We absolutely loved our visit and would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!

Great location, well-kept property, clean and spacious. Appreciated the quick response from the owner who had the propane refilled. Hot tub was a huge bonus - new and clean! Loved the back deck area for family BBQs. The only negative is the master bed is rather firm in our opinion for those sensitive to that. Other beds varied from soft to firm according to our family. We enjoyed our stay and were thankful for a good “landing spot” for a busy wedding week! Definitely recommend!

Beautiful & quiet

We loved our family time spent together here. The view is amazing, very quiet neighborhood. We loved everything about the house. The kitchen was great for entertaining, we hardly ate out at all! The living room had enough seating to watch a movie together comfortably. The beds were very comfortable. We were traveling with our 6 month grandson and the set up with the space in the basement was perfect for them. I was sick for a couple days while there and was every bit as comfortable as if I were at home, the steam shower in the master bath helped immensely! Would definitely stay here again!

Montana rustic sophistication

the house is comfortable, well furnished and well equipped.The decor has rustic elements and modern style. THe kitchen area is sleek, living area is comfortable with sectional, chaise and large TV. Master BR has king iron bed and the bath has soaking tub and the shower does everything_steam,rain shower head, hand held shower etc.Downstairs there is another en suite queen with sofa, TV and compete bath. The deck is shady and has a hot tub.The grounds are scattered with lovely trees including gorgeous old willows. Location is convenient to Bozeman Hot Springs and an easy route to Huffine for trips to town. We enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to coming back next year,

Perfect House & Setting

Those familiar with Bozeman know the Four Corners area is highly sought after. It has a rural feel yet it is close to all Bozeman has to offer. We were visiting our daughter with our 2 dogs. My adult son joined us for several days with his dog and enjoyed the separate private suite downstairs. The yard is perfect for the dogs. Frankly we never wanted to leave the property while there. So many comfortable outdoor spaces to relax and visit. Indoors the spacious kitchen, dining area, and living area were perfect for gathering. Several TVs but not one was used during our stay. Relaxing outdoors with a glass of wine (there was a chilled bottle in the frig) and enjoying a view of the mountains in front and the pretty yard in back was preferred . The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms well-stocked with all essentials. All communications with Brian, our host, were timely and gracious. We were sad to leave but look forward to coming back. Highly recommended property.

This is a beautiful property and such a welcoming and comfortable home. Brian was great as the host and responded quickly and helpfully to my questions. We were so pleased to arrive and find that the twin bed shown in the basement had been moved to a small room upstairs and a queen bed had been added to the lower level. This fit my family perfectly and provided a great space for my daughter, her husband and our young grandbaby. The house is well appointed with what is needed and the views are spectacular. It’s an easy drive to all the downtown attractions and Bozeman has so much to offer. Our highlight was several visits to Bozeman Hot Springs, only five minutes away! The best time to go is just before the sun sets to enjoy the fire features and live music while soaking and relaxing in a beautiful setting. It was the perfect place for our family reunion and had something for all the ages that attended. We will be back!

This is an amazing property. Plenty of room for our extended family. The yard was wonderful. We brought badminton and volleyball. Lots of outdoor fun. The kitchen was well equipped which made ficing meals s pleasure. Plenty of towels and very nice bathrooms. We have nothing negative to say. Brian is an excellent host. Very easy communication.

Spectacular Property

We came in for a family wedding and could not have been happier with this place! It was beautiful and better than we could have imagined. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Our dogs loved the large yard too.
