Location was a little out of the way, so nice if you want quiet. Good distance to easily get to the falls and Canadian border. The property could use some updating but it was clean and staff was friendly.

The breakfast was fine. They had two options for eggs, two different types of sausages some home fries a pancake machine. If you want waffles they had them. You can just heat them up. They had oatmeal some fruit muffins choices of juices coffee. It was fine. Our room was clean enough towels, stuff like that. There was a lot of shopping nearby and that’s why I usually stay at this hotel. The only thing that I would say is the third floor elevator area from when I checked in on a Thursday till I checked out on a Saturday the floor had never been clean. It was covered in what look like coffee everywhere. And for one full day, there was some towels in the hallway that I’m sure a hotel guest through there.

There were ink stains on the bed and two beyond extremely thin pillows on each bed. One bed did not have a matching comforter and just looked dingy white (but it was clean). The AC unit had a broken panel but it worked and there was trash on the grounds outside my room. The staff were very friendly ...
