Bowmansville Vacation Packages

The location was very convenient, close to UB North. Staff were great, supplying extra washcloths and towels promptly upon request. The breakfast had variety and was available in a pleasant bright space. Out unit would have been improved if a towel rack had been installed close to the bathroom sink. All in all though it was a good place for our 6-day stay.

Beautiful hotel and we had a wonderful stay, but there’s definitely some room for improvement. Signage was difficult to follow so we found ourselves turned around quite a few times (eventually we figured it out). Our bathroom floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned very well and there was a used piece of gum behind our phone when we checked in, neither of which were a huge deal to us and the rest of the room was spotless, so we didn’t bother bringing it to anyone’s attention. The TV remotes/TV settings could benefit from a sleep timer option, but again, super minor inconvenience. Otherwise, the rooms are spacious and modern, beds were comfortable, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the overall vibe of the hotel was great. I would definitely stay here again when I’m in the Buffalo area.

Breakfast was fresh, AC kept room cool, staff very friendly and courteous. Cool parrot in the lobby. Pleasant stay.

I arrived at 3am. The plesant lady at the front desk was very gelpful and informational. She went above and beyond ro make sure we had what we needed.
