Bowmansville Vacation Packages

I liked the hotel and location. Just one thing. I booked the hotel because it has a bath tub due to a health condition eased by a bath at night. The first room had no plug and no way to keep the water in, as checked by the person on front desk. They kindly moved me to another room but the same issue was there. I couldn't be doing with moving a third time so wasn't too well the next day for work.

Room was nice and clean. Hotel is extremely close to airport so you’re there in 3 minutes time. Restaurant Wingnutz had amazing wings and pizza. 10/10

This hotel was fine/comfortable for sleeping, but it definitely had some odd things. I was there for 5 night a a dirty laundry bin was outside my room for 5 days. After two nights I called the front desk to ask if they did daily housekeeping and was told "yes" but my room hadn't been touched after 3 days. I called the front-desk inquired and then it was fine after that. The floor I was on had multiple hallway carpet tiles peeling up, and the floor in my room had many stains. The furnishings in this hotel seem very 90's so it could surely use an update. The hot water in my shower wasn't really very hot, but it was workable. The hotel has a breakfast bar, but the offering is limited. They have a decent gym but when I was there both treadmills were out of order which was unfortunate. Most mid-level hotels these days have coffee near the front desk available from at least 6am - 6pm. so was surprised this wasn't offered. Overall the hotel served its purpose as a quiet place to sleep in a location close to restaurants and shopping, but the property was tired and there were some things that we a bit unusual (Lack of room cleaning without asking or hot water). I'd say this place is average and was priced accordingly. I travel to Buffalo for business and have stayed many places along the way. There are surely nicer places in the same area, but for this trip they were twice the price so I chose to stay here and had an average stay.

Great ambience. Clean rooms … helpful staff. Beautiful room windows and rec areas including outdoor spaces. Will def stay again. The history is rich and plentiful too with a great spot just a block away for grabbing a bite to eat and / or a drink too!

Desk staff was helpful with dinner options. Very friendly. Clean room. Great breakfast - one of the best I've had in any small hotel (scrambled eggs 2 ways, potatoes, ham, bakery items, waffles, several juice offerings, yogurt, coffee). Our room was located next to the elevator. We never heard it. We would stay again.
