"Very nice room with great bathroom. There was a few stains on the carpet which didn’t bother us so m but it’s a shame having it on light blue carpet. There is a small electric kettle to make tea or coffee which was very helpful after arrival. The only negative thing was the price of parking there £20, which is a extortionate rate for guests of the hotel."

"The website stated parking was provided, but when we arrived we were charged a substantial extra - not very welcoming. On Sunday morning we were woken by a very loud alarm. "Great location, we used the Castle Hill car park, that was a 15 minute walk, but cheaper. Before going, I checked that I could leave our baggage in reception and the response was quick and helpful. The rooms were lovely and spacious for the three of us. All the extra’s, like body wash, shampoo etc smelt lovely. Nice to have decent toilet roll.
