It’s bright and welcoming. The location is perfection just a stones throw from a trail to Mt. Sanitas which transports you above Boulder in minutes. Rob is a wonderful host. Very attentive and quick to respond to all inquiries. Other highlights include luxurious bedding - soooo soft - sunny deck on the back of the house facing East for glorious sunrise watching, very comfortable couches for wine sipping, well appointed kitchen, quiet neighborhood super close to the hustle/bustle of Pearl st. Boulder, and within walking distance of one of the best coffee shops I’ve ever been to. This was our secret me stay and I could not recommend it more for a small group!
