"This hotel had easily the largest room that we have ever had for a hotel stay, while also being very clean and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and helped us with any requests, such as helping us with taxis and providing an umbrella for us when we weren't prepared for rain. As for location, you will need to take a taxi from the train station, but everything in the city center is very walkable, making exploration simple. A number of minor issues which we notified straight away - to be fair we asked for nobody to fix them while we were there but I took photos on arrival so we wouldn't be accused of anything."

"The property is nice and good value in a great location. The one disappointment is that there was zero communication. Everything was communicated through AI bots. I had messaged to ask if there was a hairdryer before our trip. AI said yes but when we arrived there was no hairdryer. Several messages per day received only AI replies and it was never resolved. Go prepared to have no help when needed."

"I chose this place based upon location and particularly the picture that shows a beautiful night view from the property. While our stay was comfortable and the photos of the rooms are accurate there was no view of anything from any of the rooms which amounts to false advertising. It was interesting to note that the properties website does not show the night scene photo or that of the cathedral so I have to wonder why the hotels.com show them?? "The loft was perfect for the four of us. Location is a short walk to the center of Ghent. Across the canal was a hidden gem--Industrie Museum. And a lovely Italian restaurant. "A large soul less showroom flat. No pictures, no tourist information or maps. Everything was extra including having the rubbish removed.so you had to put your rubbish in public rubbish bins. All the appliances were high tech, instructions would have been very useful. When booking a flat we made sure there was outside space. There was a nice space but no furniture. It is a sad, because it was a lovely large flat in a good location. People need to understand the meaning of hospitality"
