« No WiFi at all. When i asked about it, she said that they hadn't had Wi-Fi for over a month. The shower and the disabled unit was wonky. That means you really couldn't get in the water properly.Without getting the whole bathroom wet. The bed was comfortable, and it may have been new, but it kept sliding off the frame.Because it needs velcro or something on it to keep it in place. I myself took a pair of tennis shoes and crammed them between the mattress and the frame.So that they wouldn't slip...

« Staff weren’t very friendly or welcoming. They were inconsistent with their rules. Some of the rooms were nicely remodeled, but they reserve those for better looking customers people who were of color or who were possibly housing displaced were put in the dirty older rooms with the springy mattresses that poke in your back. »

"Séjour très agréable. Bon accueil. Belle chambre, salle de bain au top. Petit cadeau de bienvenue ( bouteille) welcome drink, café, thé dans la chambre, robe de chambre. Literie au top Ascenseur en panne pendant les 2 jours. Notre chambre ( au 4e) donnait à côté des escaliers de secours, seul moyen d'atteindre les chambres. Nous avions le sentiment que des troupeaux de boeufs montaient l'escalier, c'était très bruyant. Le dernier jour, du personnel nous a descendu nos 4 lourdes valises "
