« Traveled 6hours and wanted a hot shower and to settle into bed for an early morning Departure. When we turned up, our room hadn't been vacuumed. We were given a room and had to run the shower for 10mins, for it to get warm. THEN we tried to settle in bed but people were being loud/swearing etc outside the room and a child was running up and down outside our door so we had to request a new room. Thankfully, the staff member gave us another room and we were able to settle in but after travelling...

« La chambre etait spacieuse mais équipée au minimum avec une casserole rouillée. Les articles de toilettes sont changés tous les jours. Les consignes de respect pour le bruit ne sont pas appliquées et nous avons dû subir de la musique assourdissante toute la nuit et des hurlements de personnes alcoolisées. »

« Absolutely disgusting, would not recommend staying here. Unhelpful staff, room had not been cleaned, urine all over the toilet, carpet pure filth, smell was horrendous. Worse than a dog kennel. Moved to a different motel, staff refused refund »

« Room was refurbished on the inside but the fit and finish was sub par - to the point where security was a concern for me. Most concerning was the flimsy thin ply patched over the main entrance door. The door between the lounge and bedroom wouldn’t shut due to bad fit / installation. Big gaps between the external sliding door and wall create drafts for wind and extra outside noise »
