« What a gem! Stayed here for a concert at the amphiteatre, and we were very impressed. The value is unbeatable. The pool, breakfast, and 530pm get-together (with dinner) were great features that you never see with hotels nowadays. I will definitely stay here again when coming to Franklin. »

« The first time we ever stayed at an Home2. We thought the whole concept was very sterile and seemed institutional. There really was nothing that made us feel comfortable except for the staff. It was probably just not our taste in design. The breakfast was lacking as no gravy or grits in a Tennessee property. The only fruit was apples. So in the future we will not book a room in another Home2, but will stick with your Hampton or Embassy Suites. »

« The staff is friendly. The room was tidy, bathroom could use some deep cleaning and maintenance. Sink stoppers didn’t work. Toilet handle was loose and had to be held at a certain angle to flush. Toilet seat was loose and cracked. Pool was nice and clean. Hot tub was great! Slow WiFi. Eating area smells like strong chemicals and cleaners. No meats with breakfast at all. Fruit was fresh and plenty of other options as well. I rank this stay a 3.5 out of 5. »

« I was so disappointed by the amount charged on top of our room charge….75$ USD + tax for 1 dog…..Never saw this charge that high….If I had known I would have not reserved there as I always paid 25$ USD plus tax. I would really appreciate if the hotel would be willing to accept to reimburse me at least for the half of the 75$ which is more than 25? I »
