This is a lovely studio cottage. Clean, bright with a refreshing ocean breeze. Super close to Salem but very nice to escape to after a long day being a tourist.

The property was exactly as represented in the pictures. It was clean and had all amenities for a nice stay. There were recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. The surrounding area was beautiful with the harbor just a few steps away. If we ever return to this area, would definitely consider this property again.

We were in the area visiting family and this studio was perfect for our needs. Spotless, comfortable and you can't beat the location. Robert was an outstanding host, most welcoming and made our stay perfect. We only hope it's available for our future visits.

Perfect spot in Marblehead!

I came to visit Salem with my daughter and wanted a quiet spot out of town and this was perfect! It was an easy drive to Salem and also a lovely little place to come home to. We spent a day at the beach as well which was perfect. I particularly enjoyed having my morning coffee on the little patio and my daughter was thrilled to be visited by the neighborhood cat, Boots.

My twin and I chose this studio for our 44th birthday celebration in Marblehead and Salem, and it exceeded all expectations! Robert is an exceptional host who truly goes above and beyond - he surprised us with a birthday cake on our special day, which made our trip even more memorable. It's rare to find a host who genuinely cares about their guests' experience.The studio itself is beautiful and ideally located within walking distance of all the charming shops Marblehead has to offer. Robert was incredibly gracious and accommodating throughout our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. We're so glad we stayed here!

Quaint with all the Necessities

We had a wonderful stay at the Cozy Seaside Cottage. It had all the amenities we needed for a long weekend stay. Robert was very accommodating; he provided us with a list of places to visit and local eateries. He was available to answer any questions we had and if he was out his wife was there if we had needed her. The place was clean and stocked with both bathing items and kitchen items like coffee, tea and creamers. It was a great neighborhood to walk around and see all the unique houses and the bay is only steps away. You can walk to local eateries and shopping. Salem is just around the corner if you want to add that to your list of attractions to visit. We also took a scenic drive up the coast to Gloucester to visit Hammond Castle.We would stay again if in the area.

My partner and I stayed in this lovely apartment for three nights while attending a family reunion in Ipswich. This location allowed us to take lovely walks through the neighborhood and to the harbor. Every detail in this spot was perfect, from the lovely flower bouquet upon arrival, the comfortable bed and kitchen with everything we might need. We enjoy walking, and took daily walks to Java Sun, who prepare an excellent cup. My only regret was not being able to spend an entire day in Marblehead. I hope to return!

We loved this property. The property was described as cosy, but we definitely found it spacious for a studio. It was clean, well equipped and well organised. Rob, our host, made sure we had everything we needed. It was our first time in Massachusetts. Marblehead was beautiful in its own right but also a great jumping off point for exploring both Boston (we drove to Swampscott and got a train from there) and Cape Ann. We just loved it here
