"If you want a property right in the middle of downtown locals and tourists chaos, this is the hotel for you haha. My husband and I's first time in Tokyo so we wanted to try it out, and it was pretty fun! Really easy to get around, staff were super nice and accommodating, great energy from everyone. The room is compact and small but we knew that going in so no complaints. Really appreciate the provided humidifier as it seems it's typically dry air all around. Bathtub/shower amenity in the room is great! I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants this immersed experience, but now that we've done it, we'll likely book somewhere quieter next time we go to Tokyo :) "

"So grateful to stay in this hotel a short connected walk away from Haneda. Beautiful, classy mall with gorgeous Japanese products, a LAWSON DOWNSTAIRS!!! (So exciting.) We got in late with our young, tired kids and this hotel was such a treat. Luxurious room and bathroom, small fridge, comfortable beds and futons. Would totally stay again in a heartbeat."

"I was not expecting much from an airport hotel but it exceeded expectations. Room. - comfort double was larger than expected so was the bed. Night ware provided with plenty of other products for a short stay. Restaurant for evening meal was okay with a small bar. BA check in desk just a few steps away from the hotel could not be more convenient. We did not experience breakfast but it looked well attended."
