Royal Bath Hotel

"The Royal Bath Hotel was wonderful! We arrived a few days after its 188th anniversary so that was extra special. We chose this venue to celebrate my mum’s 70th birthday. We enjoyed afternoon tea and made good use of the on-site spa facilities. The staff are friendly, our room was clean and the breakfast was well presented. The hotel is very centrally located with just a few minutes walking distance to Bournemouth beach/Bournemouth pier. Harry Ramsden’s famous fish ‘n’ chips is must go to and I’d recommend the hop on / hop off sightseeing bus as well."

"Location fantastic staff very accommodating & very polite room was rather hot however the manager kindly changed our room to the ground floor which was perfect bear in mind there was a heatwave 25th 26th 27th June Bar prices very reasonable breakfast good plenty of options, coffee very good quality."

"Was greeted by lovely karl, room was clean but a little outdated, not a concern, only downfall was it was on the third floor which could have bn mentioned when booking as the temperature outside was nearly 35c and rooms dont have aircon, and it was like a sauna up there, we had a 4 year old,so we stuggled to slp at night with just a fan, Bathroom was shared but clean throughtout our stay "

"Pool closed, any food you had to get from sister hotel. Tried to get ice for my drink I had but at 22:20 was told bar closed so said just need ice but apparently no ice and was advised to go to sister hotel! Hotel currently undergoing renovation I believe and our room was in nice condition and bed comfortable and for what you can pay ( only paid £42 for 1 night) and had a double room with part sea view I think it’s definitely worth the money. Would consider staying again but if you can afford more then worth staying at sister hotel The Carlton as pool and restaurant open."
