Good room, on street but quiet. Restaurant on site. Hard to find, behind pub and Google maps gives wrong location.

Very quiet and peaceful. It is in the process of being revamped, but the decor is very old, but good value for money when all that is a required is bed and breakfast.
The hotel is convenient for a one-night stay. The room was in good condition, though a bit old. The price was reasonable, the car park was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
We had a lovely one night stay, the property exterior needs some TLC but the inside was lovely. Staff friendly, clean room, easy late check in. Four of us stayed room 14 lovely spacious and very comfortable. Amazing value for money 😊

Convenient walk to Boscombe beach and short drive to Bournemouth beach. Free parking / generous spaces. Breakfast freshky made a lovely staff service at reception as well as dining staff.
Quality as far as bathroom facility could do with some work / referb. Shoert walk to co-op store as drinks at bar are overpriced. Overall a good stay.

A Quiet Relaxing Stay
Hotel is going through an ownership transition.
I asked for a quiet room and was placed in a very quiet corner of the hotel.
Plenty of parking. Breakfast was very good.
Some areas looked tired, but as the hotel has recently changed ownership, I'll let that slide.
Service was very good.
Keep up the good work
Great for our one night stay, staff are brilliant and all very friendly and accommodating, room was massive with four beds, room was.clean was there was a bit of a musty smell at first but it soon cleared after having the windows open for a.while.
We had a cooked breakfast which was nice, lady who served us was very nice and friendly, there are also adequate continental options too and nice.coffee to order.
Would definitely stay here again for a night if required.
We didn't explore the surrounding area as we.arrived late and left early.
Parking was great
Only frustrating thing was we.kept.driving past it as there's.no.clear.signage to identify the hotel from the road, it just has a tiny sign that's.quite hard to spot particularly at night.
Obviously an ex-Premierinn hotel, so all the comforts like the great beds. AC in the rooms and a great breakfast. Really good value for money and a short walk to the lovely beach!
Amazing place to stay for the weekend. Host was very welcoming and rooms are in good condition. Excellent choice for breakfast and very tasty too. Will definitely return and will recommend
Very impressed with the friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has recently changed hands and was being decorated on the outside during our stay which was positive. Dinner in the adjoining pub was delicious. Great to be in walking distance of the beach. A good two-night stay.
