About this property

Cottage 2 to 4 people, in wine property and near Bordeaux.

  • The gîte de Saint Amand is located on a wine estate, the Domaine de Saint Amand, in the grounds of a 17th century “gable farm”, completely renovated and listed as Cultural Heritage.

    Out of sight, overlooking the hills of Cambes, it is ideally located about fifteen kilometers from the center of Bordeaux. A true haven of peace, it will offer you peace and relaxation after your visit to the Bordeaux metropolis.

    Shops are nearby: villages of Cambes and Saint Caprais 1.5 km away.

    The gîte includes:

    Fitted kitchen 11 m2,
    Living room with sofa bed 2 places 14 m2,
    Bedroom with 2 twin beds convertible into a single 12 m2.
    Separate WC. Separate shower room.
    Wifi access.
    Sheets provided for all rentals of 7 nights minimum.
    Cleaning fee in addition.

    The three main rooms open onto the outside giving access to a terrace with garden furniture, BBQ.

    The outdoor, unheated swimming pool is available to the gîte from June 1 to September 15.
