Villa Caemilla is simply fantastic. The staff are super helpful and always smiling. The facilities are excellent as is the location. Situated within Station 1 it is nice and quiet but only a short 2-3 minute stroll to the bustle of Station 2 where all the shops and activities are. If you are staying in Boracay and like things quiet but 5 star then stay here

We had a three night stay in February. The property is located in Station 3, which is more chill than the other two. Our stay was wonderful, and the staff go above and beyond to make it a pleasurable experience. We had an odor problem the first day in our bathroom and it was promptly fixed after notifying the front desk. The restaurant's food, drinks, and service were all above expectations (we were happy to see several meat-free options - the margherita pizza is excellent as is the welcome drink). The guests were low key and not loud. As for the room, it was large and the bathroom especially so. It was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend Villa Caemilla.

Had a quick stay in Boracay with my fiancee and I was very impress with Villa Carmella. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, room was great, and the lobby and restaurant had a perfect view of the beach and sunset! Would definitely stay here again!

Great beachfront views from the 3 suites. I also very much prefer to stay in the area among the 3 stations of the Long Beach in Boracay as it has an idyllic laid back vibe w/ a balanced tropical vegetation & not as crowded for excellent beach hangout & swimming. Awesome staff were very polite & helpful. Our Rm 203 suite & its facilities were really good except for the ripped upholstery of one of the sectional cushions of the balcony couch which I thought was just overlooked.

The service was impeccable!! I can't say enough about the amazing staff there. Always going out their way to make us food that was not on the menu. Hats off to the chefs!! All our meals were so good!! We will miss seeing all the wonderful people !!!

The staff was wonderful, the restaurant was delicious and the beach was not crowded and beautiful. It’s a little difficult to get to, narrow streets up to a point and then a short walk down a rocky path and along the sandy beach, but once you are there it’s worth it.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The hotel is clean, has all amenities we needed and the staff is friendly and very helpful. They assisted us with every need we had during our stay. The property is far away enough from the crowded areas, but close enough to nearby restaurants and shops. We honestly cannot wait to come back! I want to express my gratitude and appreciation to the staff and management for provided my family with such a wonderful stay during Christmas holidays.

Beautiful hotel with a great staff and a great location. At the bottom of station 3 it is quiet and beautiful. I wish it had a pool but overall a great place. Nice rooms, big bathrooms and shower.

Villa Caemilla’s location in station 3, is the quiet end of the island. You can’t beat the gorgeous beach scenary, sound of the ocean waves at night or the wonderful service you will receive from all staff. Our bartender, Emman, made amazing weekly cocktails and gave us details on what to see and do in the island. From front desk staff to the servers, chefs room service, hospitality is a 10/10. We highly recommend this hotel for family to stay.

Staff there are so professional and helpful. They truly made our visit so enjoyable. I love that it’s toward the end of the boardwalk away from the hustle but close enough that a 5 min walk and you were at restaurants and beach sale vendors. Clean well kept property.

I never usually write reviews but I felt that I had to do one for this specific hotel. This is one of the best experiences I've had in the Philippines. This hotel was very accommodating and the staff was very courteous. If you're looking for something serene & away from the noise, this is the place. It was right in front of the best swimming areas in Boracay. The food was great and the rooms were actually nice. They kept it very clean and pleasant the whole time. I recommend the hotel to all families that are looking for a great retreat. We very much enjoyed our stay. The executive suite was amazing.

Excellent hotel in beautiful Boracay. The staff were super friendly and helpful; but everyone on Boracay is super friendly and helpful! The setting on the beach was also really nice with direct access to the water. Hotel had lots of nice touches. The breakfast menu was really good with dining right on the beachfront. Would definitely stay there again.

The Villa Caemilla is a beautiful facility with a wonderful staff, quality rooms, delicious food, and a great view. It is located just to the South of the main party area so it is quiet but easily a easy 5-8 minute walk to the shopping and nightlife scene. Immediately upon check in the friendly staff is waiting with a cool beverage to relax you and put you in "beach mode". The greeting drink was a delicious honey, lemon, and ginger beverage with a nice cold towel to cool you off. After check in the staff was Immediately ready to take my bags to my room and escorted me to my room and did a courtesy room inspection. The daily room service and evening turn down service also ensured the in room amenities were well stocked. At the hotel dining area every seat has a view of the beach. Unfortunately, during several days of my stay it was a bit windy so they had to have the wind screens up. The hotel doesn't have any say in the weather but the view was still amazing. There are also plenty of delicious food and drink items on the menu to meet almost every want. I also booked an in-room signature massage. The massage therapist was very friendly and very effective. They also offer massages in the massage room if preferred. Overall my stay at Villa Caemilla made my beach vacation feel like a second home. The whole staff was excellent. However, Razel at the bar was extremely friendly friendly and makes an awesome cappuccino.

This property looked good online. However, the price did not include an outrageous VAT tax which I found on our bill at checkout. All taxes are commonly included in the price here in the Philippines (I've lived here for five years). There were also other strange "incidental" charges added to our bill. Additionally, the ceiling in our room began leaking on our heads in the middle of the night during a rainstorm. The solution? Pull the bed to the middle of the room. The staff was very polite and friendly. But, I asked to speak to the manager about the above and no one ever contacted us. Therefore, I cannot recommend this property since there are numerous excellent alternate choices in Boracay.

An absolutely lovely place to stay during your vacation in Boracay! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating to us. The restaurant located in the lobby has a good variety of all day food options and has a great view of the beach. Everything was very clean and our room offered everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The only con with the property is I would say the location isn’t accessible by vehicle so you will have to walk a short distance. My partner and I didn’t mind at all, but groups with more luggage might find it a hassle if carrying it on your own. Besides that, it was a memorable stay and definitely plan on booking here again for our next trip!

Definitely lives up to their “boutique” name. The staff and service was top notch. Everything they provide is done with quality. The room was spacious and comfortable and the balcony added so much space. We were facing the ocean so you could feel the cool breeze any time of day. The food was delicious, we chose to eat from their restaurant every day and didn’t get tired of their meal offerings. Staff went above and beyond to cater to every need. Highly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone!

Loved everything about Villa Caemilla! Welcome was amazing, staff was super attentive, location was the best! Truly beachfront, felt like we had a private beach! Drinks were so good, and they were open to even making a spicy margarita even though it wasn't on the menu. The rooms were awesome - can't say enough good things! The hotel in general is pretty good. I enjoyed the food, the massages and the room isn't that bad. The only comment that I have, that really interfered with my experience is the roosters next to the room. They woke me up at 5am

The place itself is nice , it’s jus not ADA acceptable. The ramp to go inside the restaurant and main resort is not ADA recommended. My 80 y/o Dad had a hard time getting on / off the ramp and available steps has no rails. It’s quite a walk too to most of the restaurants. And to get there , you have to go through this alley way , and it’s a slope and parts of it are rocky .

Booked for one but stayed two. Located @ station 3, right on the beach. A lovely walk up the beach 15 mins to more lively places, bars and restaurants. The Hotel is not new but kept in very good order. Plumbing, a/c , block out curtains and mattresses all very good. Staff couldn't be friendlier. Highly recommend.

Perfection in every single way
This place just nails it when it comes to service. A lot of places don’t get simple things right and they certainly did, every single interaction I had with the staff was top notch and they handled my needs without issue. I travel a lot and and am easy to please but have some high standards, and they met every single one of them. Location was also perfect, literally right on the beach, it’s just a great slice of paradise and you can get away from the world and relax in peace for days.

Wonderful boutique hotel right on the beach in Station 3, where it’s much quieter and less crowded than Station 1 or 2. Staff is great, room was comfortable and clean. Highly recommended!

Amazing property. Rooms are nice and big, clean and well furnished. Has bar fridge, many TV channels and nice TV. Washroom (Comfort Room) is large and has nice big shower. Lots of stirage soace and a safe. The restaurant is amazing and have big servings. Love the fruit platers, burger, pasta and drinks. Very comfortable chairs in lobby and restaurant area. It is in Station 3 which is quiet nut very near the nightlife of Station 2. Very helpful staff and quick ti respond to anything. Massages are also great!
