« They were fast getting a little problem fixed quickly. The staff was cordial .And if in that area again would chose this location to stay. Very close to the Ark Encounter and gas station across the street. To me, that made it easy and not having to do excess driving. Had no issues with parking and they were nice to accommodate me due to some issues in health and we were able to get a low level room. Breakfast was good. »

« The television did not work on arrival, and it took the staff person 3 hours to come fix it. The was no microwave in the room, no coffee pot, and there was no breakfast or coffee in the lobby in the morning at 7:30 am when we left. Our key card quit working and I had to make 3 trips to the office and it still never worked again. The staff person was terribly unhelpful! I had to wait outside my room for a 1/2 hour because my husband was in the shower and couldn’t hear me knocking over the fan in...

« Many restaurant options within walking distance of the hotel. Also a liquor store with good prices. As for the room itself, the sheets could've been cleaner. There were what looked to be cigarette burns, albeit small ones. The rest of the room was clean, including the bathroom. I'm satisfied. »
