« I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at the Quality Inn. Upon arrival, I was met with an unattended front desk, with a staff member engaged in conversation at the kiosk. After waiting for at least 20 minutes, I finally received my room assignment. Unfortunately, the room had a strong smell of smoke and was dirty. Although the bathroom initially appeared clean, further inspection revealed hair and debris in the shower and on the floor, as well as dirty carpet and chairs....

« This property is older than I thought. For an example the air conditioner barely worked in my room. In the bathroom it had like a sewer smell. There was only 1 slow old elevator. The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean. This hotel needs to be renovated. »

« Hotel was nice and location good, adjacent to a main road with all the shops and restaurants you’d want. But tucked away enough that you wouldn’t know you were in a busy area. Staff was friendly and room clean. Breakfast was okay, seemed like heat and serve faux eggs and sausage. »

« The staff were amazing and was very helpful! Had a small dog with us and they had treats for her and had little station's outside with doggy bags for when she needed to go. The rooms were very clean, kids loved the pool, and the breakfast was great. Even had a make your own waffle station. The fitness room was nice as well, even had a yogo mat, with thing to sanitize anything you use! »
