"Very clean, beds and pillows comfortable. Chair very comfortable. Good lighting. I gave a 4 on property condition only because the carpet needs repair in one spot, just needs replacing. Everything else was great. Probably my favorite hotel that we’ve stayed in lately. I rate it 4.9 stars 😁"

Everyone I interacted with was professional and courteous, which really enhanced the overall experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. "I loved the vibe of the hotel, they offer gated parking for $15 extra a day which was nice! The room was fantastic, the only thing I have any sort of issue was that the bed wasn’t comfortable for me or my wife, but I’m assuming that’s because we’ve got back problems. I LOVED the water fall shower. "

"Ideal stay, all in all. Uses it as a convenient place to stay for an Amtrak excursion. The pool is amazing and all the staff were very nice. Would happily stay here again for another trip or a downtown Crowne Center experience. "
