"Wonderful stay. Staff are a delight. Check in was easy and friendly. Room was great and even had a balcony. Supper was really good and great value. Staff here were unbelievably warm and friendly and helpful. I became part of their family!!. Room staff also friendly, offering to find us if we got lost on our hike. We should have stayed longer."

"From the time we first communicated with Mark & Luke, they were informative and helpful with the booking and our visit to the area. The home is lovely and well outfitted with whatever you will need for a short to long term stay. We were able to enjoy the weather and view from the back deck - fantastic! They are extremely thoughtful as hosts and left a bottle of wine and chocolates. The house is well located for visiting both Elliston and Bonavista. Luke dropped by the house to answer any questions and provided local knowledge to help with dining and shopping experiences. The quilts on the beds were a favourite of mine, and were beautifully crafted by Mark. All in all, this is the place to stay if visiting the area."

"Despite the wetter-than-average weather, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We've always loved hiking the Fox Island trail, and it was wonderful being able to do it right from our doorstep! The property was charming and on the few nice days we had during our one week stay, took advantage of the deck. Looking forward to returning!"
