« The front desk employee was helpful, after we walked off the elevator it smelled awful, like poop diapers were stuffed in the garbage can that was filled to the top. Our room smelt like musty and the A/C had black mold. The front desk employee could not give us another room, but he came up and cleaned off the A/C unit and then bombed the room with an OZO Oder spray…I was dizzy from the smell so we left for a few hours and only went back to sleep and left at 8am. « STAY AWAY! Our room (121) was filthy…dirty bed spread with pet paws stains on it, dirty pillow case, dirty bath mat, dirty lampshades, filthy stained chair, half painted and broken bathroom door, unswept and very dirty floors…and the smell… Unfriendly staff I couldn’t wait to get out of there… »

« I had high hopes for this hotel, especially considering that they are supposedly award winning and a part of Owa. But I was very disappointed. The room was not even ready when we checked in and when it finally was, the housekeeping left the room filthy and there were fruit flies covering the wall and bathroom. As a mother who was trying to enjoy our stay for my daughter's birthday, I definitely will not be staying here again. »
