« Stayed at the Black Dog Inn in Bolton for two nights. The room itself was comfortable enough for the price, so no major complaints there. However, the overall experience was disappointing. The first night was a write-off in terms of sleep. Staff gave a late booking to a couple who had been drinking in the pub, and they stayed up most of the night with the TV on at a very high volume. « Fantastic stay with Barry, Barry was very helpful, friendly, accommodating and showed us everything we needed. The annexe was exceptionally clean, bed was very comfortable, also a great range of breakfast options which we were not expected so a lovely bonus to the stay. The property is not far from the train station and is in a beautiful and peaceful setting. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.
