"Staff were lovely. Very helpful and willing to answer any questions I asked. Jess was especially supportive. I cannot thank her for sorting out the problem I had with the booking especially as it was my own fault. Would highly recommend this hotel. "

"Stayed for one night due to early departure the following morning. Very nice comfortable hotel. Friendly staff.
Take some snacks for yourself if you are going though. £4.99 for a snickers….mental.
Top travel tip walk to the vending machine 2 minutes down the corridor at the bus station 😁"

"I had booked a room without a window and upgraded. It was a lovely large double aspect room. The noise from the road both traffic and construction work was fierce. I will return but will ensure I have a room without a window. It will be quieter and I will get sleep.
Breakfast was okay. Orange juice was lovely. I was down for 7.30am when it starts. The scrambled egg was stone cold and at best the rest was lukewarm. No grapefruit and/or prunes. The fruit was either an apple or orange. "
