Everything good except no AC in peak summer

+ Very clean, well organized, quite area, spacious, easy to get to from station, no security issue, nice kitchen features, fast communication - AC was not working for the whole 3 nights when it is 36C sunny and humid outside. Host kept on mentioning the guy is coming tomorrow morning, this afternoon, tomorrow morning… and it never happened. Whether or not it was true, the host should have offered an alternative option. I was offered with a small money compensation (50 out of over 600 payment), but my business trip was really ruined.

Great stay

Bologna Suite has everything I look for - super clean, residential neighborhood located near the city center. It was a quiet. The bed was comfortable. The towels soft. The kitchen had all the necessities. Complimentary coffee, tea and prosecco! communication was easy. The owner was very flexible and helpful. Good instructions left in the room. Hot water and shower amenities. A great stay!

Le quartier est plaisant, supermarché proche. Un balcon donnant sur la cour. La batterie de cuisine laisse à désirer et les lits jumeaux conviennent davantage aux enfants qu'à des adultes.

Die Unterkunft ist an sich ganz ok. Für Bologna Verhältnisse sicherlich durchschnittlich. Positiv: -Sehr tolle Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Dieser ist auch sehr freundlich. - Ausreichend große Wohnung (waren zu zweit) und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht Negativ: - Sie ist dann doch schon etwas sehr in die Jahre gekommen, auch wenn Teile immer wieder Mal renoviert wurden (neue Klimaanlage) - Sie war sehr hellhörig. Weniger von außen (ja, da hörte man auch den Verkehr, aber nachts war das eine ruhige Straße), sondern vor allem von oben. Die Decken scheinen sehr dünn oder aus Holz zu ein (Altbau). Man hörte von oben abends ständig Lärm, gegen Mitternacht war es dann aber auch ruhiger. Somit insgesamt dennoch eine gute Erfahrung, aber man darf halt keine moderne Wohnung mit zeitgemäßem Schallschutz erwarten.

Good location with about 30min walking distance to the city center - apartment is well equipped but has seen better days - ok for one night. But cleaning was not done well which moves the overall rating to mediocre

Fantastic stay at Bologna suites. We were using Bologna as a base for day trips on the train. Was so easy to find when we landed, communication from Alex and Alessandro was brilliant and when we arrived 15 minutes earlier than planned they were already there to welcome us. The apartment has everything you need and only 12 minutes to station and a further 15 at most from there to main squares, the location was brilliant for people who don’t mind a walk. What I would point out is that if there are noisy people in the other apartments, you can hear them but that is not the apartments fault as that is inconsiderate neighbours! We only experienced this on the Friday night. Either way, for the price, you will not regret booking here.

Quiet residential location but only a short walk from the Central railway station. Very well situated if, like us, you use Bologna as a base for exploring the region by train. Property was well equipped.

Lovely apartment in Bologna

Apartment was great - all mod cons, nice bathroom and living/kitchen area, reasonably comfortable bed. Conveniently located near the center and the Bologna Centrale train station. The apartment was clean and our host provided bottled water and other drinks in the refrigerator at no extra charge. The SmartTV meant that we were able to watch shows on YouTube at night when we wanted to. Netflix was also enabled. Check-out was at 10:30 but we were allowed to stay a little later to accommodate our flight time. Would stay again!

Perfectly located

I had a excellent stay during a conference which was held at the Fair (Fiera). Bologna Suites is perfectly located to the Fiera (7 minutes walking) and to the central train station. There is a bis stop in front of the house (Liner 21 goes also to the central station). The apartment looks exactly like shown in the pictures. There was no negative surprize. Alex, who runs the apartments is very helpful. Thanks again.

We could not fault our stay in Bologna, the accommodation was perfect and was in walking distance to all amenities. The owner was very helpful in sights to see, allowing us to check in earlier and even booking a taxi for our journey back to the airport. Would definitely recommend this property.

Better than most of the hotels in Bologna

It is a very nice place, better than most of the hotels in Bologna. The location is very convenice, 15 mins to the exhibition centre, 7mins to a big supermarket, 10mins to town centre. Alex is very friendly and helpful. At the check out date, he even found a Mercedes for us to go to airport at a price similar to taxi. Very impressive.

Freundliche Wohnung in bahnhofnähe

Die einladende, helle Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was es für einen (Kurz-)Urlaub braucht. Im Umkreis von 300m hat es verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, von der Panetteria bis zum Eurospar. Das Zentrum von Bologna ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar, so dass man nicht unbedingt auf das Busnetz angewiesen ist.
