« They tell you check in is at 3pm, I show up at 3:30 after traveling for 16 hours and they tell me that the room won't be ready until 4:30\. A non italian speaking person (Not even English for that matter) comes to greet me and literally I wait in the room while another non Italian speaking person cleans the room with me in it. The password to the wifi was bogus, once i got on it keep on dropping every 10-15 minutes. The situation was never fixed over the 5 days I was there. There wasn't even a...
