Perfect stay for parents visit to BSU
I wish we had found this house when my son was a freshman instead of when he was graduating. The house is right on campus, so convenient to events and activities. The yard is super cute, we had grandparents attend graduation with us as well so had a very small family celebration in the yard after graduation. It was absolutely perfect. Our family dog even got to celebrate with us. The house is small but had everything we needed and the hosts were great about communicating. They followed up to make sure we didn’t have any trouble finding the place and checked in again to make sure everything was going well. The neighbors are mostly students so it’s not the quietest neighborhood but even with graduation weekend parties I didn’t find the noise bothersome sleeping in the back bedroom. Not sure it would have been as quiet in the front bedroom though so if you’re not up for students as neighbors during your stay then this might not be for you.

Fun on Gameday!
This house is in a fun neighborhood where BSU students live...it was exciting to witness gameday with them and walk to the game. Great backyard and plenty of room to sleep and eat.

Frat House Nightmare
Starting our 3rd night loud music next door the next day Frat House next door had a car wash blocking street and Concert lounge music using the N word and F Word music again dat we left. We almost left 3rd day. Great house. Horrible location. Bring salt. Zero condinents. Great service by locally team. It is what it is.

Great little house
The Good: Nice little house with modern decor. Very quiet despite being in a college neighborhood. Each bedroom has it's own AC unit so no one is complaining about the temperature. The Bad: The front and back door have giant glass inserts in them with no blinds, felt a bit awkward without privacy. Would be 5 stars except for those doors.
