"While we received multiple confirmations of our reservation, including the morning we were to check in, the property manager never sent us check in instructions, even after we emailed asking for them. Then, after spending over an hour with multiple calls to VRBO customer service, who also couldn’t get ahold of the property manager, we arrived at the location.
