Efficient well located hotel with helpful staff

This hotel is very well-located close to transportation, the front desk staff is very helpful. I had a very late arrival past midnight and they were available, the hotel is well secured and very clean. Great stay!

We loved it here. First, locked facility which nice. There is 24/7 front desk. We were on the 4th floor and the rooms are soooo quiet. There is also a sun shade and light blocking shades for the windows for an extra dark room when sleeping. The showers were hot. Everything was simple, but just right. We really needed a scale to weigh our luggage and they actually bought one, because their other had broke. The staff were very kind, patient, and accomodating

Being my first time in Bogotá, I was unsure about the area and it's safety. However, much to my delight and partial surprise, Chapi is absolutely fantastic. The community is youthful and there are plenty of fantastic amenities close by if you aren't opposed to walking, although Uber is always an option. As stated, the area is safe, including at night. Hotel was a fantastic venue for the price, it is located right off the main thoroughfare of Cr. 7, which made navigating to other popular areas of the city very easy. All staff were very kind and helpful, and they provide a great breakfast for a reasonable price. Was very happy for my quality of stay, especially relative to the great price. Highly recommend if you are budget traveller or not.

Rooms dont have AC or fan, but since Bogota is cold during the night it is not "needed", but if you leave the window a bit open it gets pretty noisy during the night. Overall I gave a 5 stars because it was cheap.
