I was disappointed by this hotel. Reading the reviews and looking at the pictures I hoped to find an amazing hotel. Let’s start with the check in: had to carry my bag, I thought it was because of covid but later saw the same guy carrying other people’s bags. When I was paying he just took the card from my hand swiped it and didn’t allow me to confirm the amount before charging me, he later told me to sign. Didn’t even get a receipt until I left. Gave me my room number and card. Didn’t even explain how to get there. I was stuck in this super dark elevator for a few minutes, had to use my phone’s light to operate it(Im 24, Im pretty good at being in the dark, but this was some 0 dark 30 stuff). Got up went to my room, it was nice but the internet wasn’t working. I called and they told me I could change my room. I changed and the problem continued, I thought it was my phone but no all of my tech had the same problem. They fixed it 3 days after I bought a chip and had my own internet. They only give you soap, shampoo and conditioner. The breakfast was average at best, I’ve had better breakfast on street. The waiters not so attentive, slow and after they want to ask for a tip. I have way more to complain about but to give this hotel a chance I’ll stop. It’s a beautiful hotel, the location great and the people that gave me the best service were the cleaning ladies, they are people filled with love and joy. Super caring, it felt like they all had a degree in hospitality.
