I had to come up with my own solution to keep my 3-year-old from being able to open the door. This is a serious concern for anyone traveling with young children. I would recommend avoiding this hotel unless this issue is addressed, or confirming ahead of time that proper safety locks are installed."

"If you need specific conditions, this is not the place for you. They do not appear to try helping the guests with special needs. I requested first floor room due to the need for carrying dialysis equipment for my wife. Instead they placed us on 4th floor very far from the elevator. I was told they could not place us in a first floor room due to the type of room purchase from Orbitz."

"The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The shower was missing its shower curtain. I told them I would install it if he could get me one and he did. Funny thing, a week later watching a tv show the police were investigating a missing person at a hotel. The shower was missing its curtain. The bad guys had killed the person and rolled up the body in the shower curtain. Too funny! The breakfast was very good. "
