The location is great. Just a short drive to Blue Ridge and McCaysville. The accommodations were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and the porches were so peaceful in the evenings. There was more than enough space for our family of 7 and 2 dogs. The fenced back yard was perfect for letting the dogs run and play without their leashes. The location of the property is a short-drive from downtown Blue Ridge and the kids loved walking down to the river to fish. All accommodations were so comfortable and homey! The two grandsons (8)and (5) loved the loft area. A huge storm came through and we lost power for around 20 hours. This was PERFECT! A two hour drive and a relaxing weekend fir just us was just the trip we wanted!!!! We had motorcycles, and were nervous at 1st, but if your a skilled rider you will be able to handle the drive ways. Thank you for helping in our Hallmark movie vacation.
