"This hotel is lovely the rooms are very spacious, comfortable and clean. The location is great, right ooff the highway and surrounded by many places to dine. This hotel has contracts with Airlines and the best rooms are held for flight crews. When I arrived there weren’t any rooms available that wasn’t by an exit door so the first 2 nights I didn’t get much sleep. When I requested to change I was put in front of the elevator so I specifically asked for high floor not by the exit or elevator. The lady that accommodated my request was a little annoyed nonetheless she made it happen. Coming back to Roanoke after being in larger cities it’s always a travel back into time. "
