The beds were very comfortable & the shower pressure was perfect. Complementary breakfast was yummy with plenty of options. We are traveling with 2 dogs & are grateful that they accommodate pets. "I stayed at The Promissory Hotel while visiting Roanoke for work. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff called me ahead of time to let me know which door to enter and where to park. Once getting there, they helped me with my bags to the room. The room was spotless and had a very unique vibe, unlike that of chain hotels. I also mentioned I would be staying in Roanoke more often so they offered to set me up with a frequent visitor rate. 10/10 recommend, I will be staying again!"
